Mike McCann

Mike McCann is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as a Sr. Learning & Development Consultant at Point32Health since September 2021, where responsibilities include executing talent and organization development strategies across the organization. Prior roles at Point32Health involved aligning learning strategies with the needs of Member Services and clinical teams, alongside talent enablement consulting. With a solid foundation in training and development from previous positions at Tufts Health Plan and MathWorks, McCann has also contributed to the music industry as a musician and manager in the group Brothers McCann.
