Muskaan Merchant

Muskaan Merchant is currently serving as a Contact Center Application Engineer Associate at Point32Health since February 2024. In addition, Muskaan has been employed at Wentworth Institute of Technology since September 2019, taking on various roles including Technical Support Specialist, Orientation Leader, and Orientation Coordinator - Training, where responsibilities included designing a training schedule for new Orientation Leaders.
