Priscilla Tiberio

Priscilla Tiberio, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Priscilla is currently working at Point32Health as the Program Director of Operations and has been with the company since November 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Tufts Health Plan as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Business Consultant. Priscilla also worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Principal Consultant and at Invitae as the Region Lead for Client Services. Priscilla has previous experience at CLEAResult as a Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Contact Center, Fallon Community Health Plan as a Program Manager of the Customer Service Call Center, and The Hanover Insurance Group in various managerial and project management roles. Priscilla began their career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and served as a Pharmacy Specialist in the United States Air Force. Through their extensive experience, Priscilla has developed skills in program management, operations, business consulting, and customer service.

Priscilla Tiberio, MBA, has a solid education history. Priscilla obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Becker College, where they studied between the years 2006 and 2008. During the same period, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management from Nichols College.

Alongside their academic accomplishments, Priscilla Tiberio also holds two additional certifications. In August 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute. Furthermore, in June 2020, they earned the title of Certified SAFe Practitioner after completing the Scaled Agile Framework Certification Training.
