Elena de Affonseca

Elena de Affonseca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities and corporate real estate management. Currently serving as General Manager of Facilities at Point72 since March 2024, Elena has previously held significant roles, including Director of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace at Better, and Senior Project Manager at Mace. Prior positions at JLL included Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator, and Business Analyst. Elena earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Florida International University and participated in a study abroad program focused on Entrepreneurship at Ibmec and UADE in 2013.
