Michael Fennessey

Michael Fennessey currently serves as the Coordinator of Safety and Security for Rockland BOCES since October 2024 and is the President of Spartan Advisory Corporation, a private investigations and security consulting firm, since July 2021. In addition, Michael holds the position of Executive Protection Specialist with Point72 starting in March 2023. Previous roles include Coordinator of Safety and Security for the Clarkstown Central School District from August 2020 to August 2021 and a lengthy career with the Village of Suffern Police Department, retiring as a Police Sergeant. Michael's extensive law enforcement background includes serving as a Police Officer with the New York City Police Department and as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Michael earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Manhattan University, along with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Rockland Community College.
