Tom Ashforth

Tom Ashforth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in surveillance and intelligence roles at Point72, where responsibilities include serving as Surveillance Manager and progressing through various Senior Intelligence positions since October 2018. Prior to this, Tom held an Office Assistant position at Stanford University and completed a research internship at the Nippon Institute for Research Advancement in 2016. Additional experience includes roles as a Tour Administrator at WorldStrides, a Private Tutor with Phoenix Tutors, and a Latin & Ancient Greek Tutor at William & Mary. Early experience includes internships in Human Resources at MARIONNAUD and in the Tax Department at PwC. Tom holds a Master of Arts in East Asian Studies from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Exeter, complemented by studies at the Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies.
