Customer Support Manager II at PointCare

Marisa Marroquin has been working in the professional world since 2015. Marisa began their career as a Sales Associate at McCaulou's Department Stores. In 2018, they took on the role of Practice Liaison at Epic Care - Partners in Comprehensive Care, where they were responsible for promoting awareness of Epic Care's providers and full range of services, as well as its developments and growth, and facilitating communications and connection between Epic Care and its providers and the medical practice community. In 2020, Marisa moved to Hayes Valley Surgery Center as a Front Office Manager, where they were responsible for scheduling and coordination of all functions of the front desk and post-case charting, communicating with schedulers from several independent surgeon’s offices, patients, and administration to book procedures, creating patient charts, and organizing, auditing, and filing these charts after the cases are completed. Currently, Marisa is employed at PointCare as an Administrative Coordinator & Customer Support Specialist.

Marisa Marroquin obtained their High School Equivalence Certificate Program from Acalanes High School between 2009 and 2011. Marisa obtained their Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association in February 2020.
