Danielle N. Freeney

Danielle N. Freeney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and implementation within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) sector. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer/Developer at PointClickCare since September 2016, Danielle has played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by developing best practices and delivering web-based training on various financial systems. Danielle co-founded Compass Billing Associates, LLC in March 2019 and previously directed business office activities as a Business Office Manager at Louisville East Post Acute, LLC. With a strong background in revenue cycle management, billing, and coding, Danielle has also held roles in pharmacy and education, earning certifications from Duke University and the AAPC as a Certified Professional Coder.
