Deborah Branco

Deborah Branco is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounts receivable and collections management. Currently serving as the Director of Billing to Cash at PointClickCare since August 2018, Deborah oversees a team of 27, focusing on the Senior Care and Acute & Payor business pillars, while aligning team KPIs with broader business objectives. Prior roles include Business Controls Manager and Service Integration Project Manager at GE Capital, where responsibilities encompassed audit participation, process improvement, and project management for various integrations and migrations. With earlier positions at Ingram Micro and FedEx, Deborah has developed a comprehensive skill set in credit management, collections, and dispute resolution. Deborah is currently pursuing a Project Management Certificate at Humber College, complementing prior education in Accounting from Sheridan College.
