Lana Monson

Lana Monson currently serves as the EMPI Coordinator in Master Data Management at PointClickCare since April 2019 and is also the Founder of Utah Girls Club starting July 2024. Previously, Lana held roles as a UX Designer Student and Full-Stack Web Developer Junior at Helio Training, where involvement included a web developer internship on a project for Larry H Miller Entertainment Group. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at UnitedHealth Group, where customer satisfaction improved under management of medical transportation scheduling, and a Real Estate Agent at ADEQUA REIM SL, successfully expanding the customer base and negotiating contracts. Lana also has experience as a Commercial Real Estate Manager at EKS Retail and Development, overseeing strategic mall construction projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary Design from the College of Technology Alter and a UX Design certificate from Helio Training.
