Marci Childress

Marci Childress is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in health information technology and customer care. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at PointClickCare since August 2017, Marci has held various roles including Senior Manager for Customer Care Launch and Clinical Implementation Specialist. Prior experience includes managing EMR projects at Fortis Management Group LLC and serving as Health Information Technology Director at Pathway Health, where Marci specialized in electronic health record systems. Marci began a career in nursing at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center, leading EHR implementation projects. Academic achievements include a Master of Health Administration in Health Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Capella University, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from West Virginia Northern Community College.
