Mary McGivern

Mary McGivern is an accomplished learning and performance leader with extensive experience in instructional design and development. Currently, Mary serves as the Manager of Instructional Design and Development at PointClickCare, where the focus is on achieving business objectives through strategic learning solutions and managing a remote team. Prior to this role, Mary spent over 16 years at Omnicell in various capacities, including Manager of Instructional Design, where leadership of an international team of Instructional Designers was key to supporting business initiatives. Earlier positions include roles as an Instructional Designer at AT&T, Course Developer at MDC Holdings and Qwest Communications, and General Contractor at Mary McGivern Homes LLC. Mary holds an MS in Technical Management from Regis University and a BA in Writing For Media from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
