Steven Buslovich

Steven Buslovich, MD, CMD, MSHCPM, currently serves as the General Manager and Vice President of Senior Care Value-Based Care at Patient Pattern, Inc., where Steven co-founded a clinically integrated software platform for Medicare Advantage and PACE plans focused on frailty-driven care management. In addition to their role at Patient Pattern, Steven is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University at Buffalo and an active committee member of the American Geriatrics Society's Health Systems Innovation – Economics and Technology Committee. Past experience includes working as a geriatrician at IPC Healthcare, completing a geriatrics fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and serving as a resident physician in Internal Medicine at Greenwich Hospital. Steven's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Stony Brook University Health Sciences Center and a Master’s in Health Care Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
