Ornella Dalmazzo is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in various roles within public and private sectors. Since January 2009, Ornella has been with D&Asoc. Consultores as a consultant. Prior positions include Jefa de Administración at O.S., and consultant roles with the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, focusing on health system strengthening, and with Ministerio de Industria supporting competitiveness for small and medium enterprises. Ornella also served as a specialist in financial planning and management control for OIM, and held operational management assistant roles within the Ministry of Health. Early career experience includes working with PNUD and as a junior consultant at the Secretariat of Health in Pilar. Educational background includes a degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a diploma in Analyses and Management of Health Insurance and Prepaid Medicine from the Fundación ISALUD.
