Wasif Iqbal

Wasif Iqbal has extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Wasif currently works as a Senior QA Engineer at Pointivo. Prior to this, they were a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer at VentureDive, where they managed release cycles and ensured quality for the Careem application. Wasif also held the position of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at VentureDive, working on Careem's iOS and Android platforms. Before joining VentureDive, Wasif worked as a Software QA Engineer at Zameen.com, where they worked on different property websites and mobile applications. Wasif also has experience as a Software QA Engineer at INFOGISTIC (Pvt) Limited, where they worked on EMR and Practice Management System and a pharmacy management system. Wasif started their career as a Software QA Engineer at GrayMath Technology Co., where they were responsible for test script writing and execution using selenium web driver.

Wasif Iqbal's education history begins with their completion of matriculation at Unique High School, Wahdat Road Lahore from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they pursued F.Sc Pre-Engineering at Govt. College of Science Wahdat Road, Lahore from 2006 to 2008. Later, they attended the University of the Punjab from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their bachelor's degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Wasif Iqbal has also obtained a Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020.
