Vitor Aranha has extensive experience in the field of data engineering and customer service. Currently, Vitor holds multiple roles at Points, including Data Engineer, Data Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, and Support Specialist, since July 2019. Prior to this, Vitor worked at Booking.com as a Customer Service Executive from May 2017 to July 2019, and at LE CHÂTEAU as a Sales Specialist from November 2014 to May 2017. Vitor is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Philosophy at the University of Toronto since 2018, having previously earned an Ontario College Certificate in Communication and Media Studies from Centennial College in 2015, and a High School Diploma from Colégio Santo Agostinho in 2013.
