Andreas Meier

Andreas Meier has worked in various roles within the hospitality industry, gaining extensive experience. Andreas began their career as a Direktionsassistent at Sporthotel Bergün in 2006. Andreas then worked as a Praktikant Marketing at welcome hotels from 2009 to 2010. Andreas later became a Front Office Manager at Best Western Hotel Airport Glattbrugg from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they served as a Hotel Manager at Hotel Coronado from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Swiss Belhotel Du Parc until January 2022. From December 2019 to February 2022, they simultaneously worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Verein ELCH für Eltere und Chind. Currently, they are working as an HR & Office Manager at Poinz.

Andreas Meier's education history begins with their attendance at Primarschule Esslingen from 1994 to 2000. Following this, they studied at Literargymnasium Rämibühl Zürich from 2000 to 2006, where they achieved their Maturität degree with a focus on Latin and English.

In 2008, Meier attended SSTH Passugg, a Hotelfachschule, and obtained a diploma as a hotelier in 2011. Andreas then pursued further education in the field of Hotel and Tourism Management, earning a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) at AOHE from 2015 to 2016.

Continuing their professional development, Meier enrolled in the Netzwerk für betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung NBW in 2019 and completed a program in Human Resources as a Personalssistent NBW.

Currently, Meier is attending NBW Betriebstwirtschaftliche Weiterbildung, pursuing a degree in Human Resources as an HR Fachmann with eidg. Fachausweis.
