David Ferris

David Ferris currently works as an Invasive Species Specialist for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. Prior to this, they worked as a Natural Resource Technician for the same company from August 2015 to October 2015. David has also worked as a Crew Member for Conservation Corps Minnesota and Iowa from February 2014 to December 2014, and as a Maintenance / Landscaping for Holladay Properties from May 2013 to August 2013. From October 2015 to April 2017, they worked as a Farm Bill Biologist for the Sanilac Conservation District. Additionally, they have worked as a State Worker 4 for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources from January 2015 to August 2015, and as a Student Manager for LSSU Food Services from October 2011 to December 2013.

David Ferris has a Bachelor's degree in fisheries and wildlife management from Lake Superior State University. David also has an Associate's degree in fisheries and wildlife management from Southwestern Michigan College.

David Ferris works with Mindy Morseau - Administrative Assistant, Dale Keene - Natural Resources Technician, and Grant Poole - Water Quality Specialist. Their manager is Jennifer Kanine, Director, Natural Resources.
