Andrew Finch

Andrew Finch is an experienced professional in the gaming industry with a notable career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Play! Programs and Esports at The Pokémon Company International since February 2010, Finch focuses on cross-platform game development and innovative business plans. Previous positions include faculty at the Game Developer Conference, Vice President of Product Development at Mind Control Software, and various key roles at Wizards of the Coast - Hasbro, where Finch contributed to the digital game design and the development of well-known franchises such as Pokémon and Dungeons & Dragons. Finch's career began with roles in underwriting and business management, backed by a BA in Political Science and Psychology from San Francisco State University.
