Anthony Ngu's work experience includes roles at various companies in the technology industry. Anthony is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at The Pokémon Company International since August 2022. Prior to this, Anthony co-founded BoxBox Studios in 2018 and served as the Chief Technology Officer. During their tenure, they led the development of an online competitive card game using Unity, AWS, and Firebase, and managed a team of over 20 contractors, artists, musicians, voice actors, designers, and developers.

Before their role at BoxBox Studios, Anthony worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer from 2013 to 2018. Anthony contributed to the launch of Microsoft Teams, developing key framework components in authentication and cross-browser compatibility. Anthony also worked as an SDET in Windows Embedded Automotive during this time.

In 2018, Anthony worked as a Contract Software Engineer at Accointing. Anthony also gained experience at Duet Display as a Lead Software Engineer from 2015 to 2016.

Anthony's early work experience includes an internship as an SDET at Microsoft in 2012 and roles as an Automated Test Developer at MINDBODY, Inc. in 2011. Anthony also worked as an iOS Programming Instructor at iD Tech Camps at Stanford University during the summer of 2011.

Anthony Ngu attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2009 to 2013. Anthony pursued a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Software during their time at the university.
