Auston Montville has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and game development industry. Auston is currently working as a Client Engineer at The Pokémon Company International since March 2020. Prior to this, Auston was a Senior Software Engineer at Galvanic Games Incorporated from July 2018 to February 2020. Auston also co-founded Just Clicks LLC in November 2015 and served as a Co-Founder until February 2020.

Before that, Auston worked as a Game Developer at 1988 from January 2014 to February 2020. Auston also had experience as a Unity Engineer at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from December 2016 to June 2018, where they worked on VR simulations, photogrammetry asset pipelines, and mobile AR applications.

Auston has a background in game development as well. Auston was a Game Developer at TOO DX from May 2013 to May 2015, where they managed game development projects and hired contractors. Auston also worked as a Lead Unity Engineer at KLab America Inc. from June 2012 to December 2013, where they managed a team of engineers and worked on the client-side programming of the company's first original Android game.

Before that, Auston worked as a Junior Game Designer at Tagged from May 2011 to June 2012, where they brought a game from concept to release and developed game concepts with social elements. Auston also gained experience as an Independent Game Developer, releasing their own game, BOSSES FOREVER, in 2011.

Auston's early career included an R&D Internship at Walt Disney Imagineering in 2010, where they worked on the design and prototyping of a project that later became the Destini show at D23 in 2011.

Auston Montville obtained a Bachelor's degree in Game Design from Champlain College between the years 2006 and 2010.
