Lauren Parra

Lauren Parra's work experience begins in 2015 as a Pattern Design Intern at High Sierra, Inc. Lauren then moves on to Kohl's in 2017, starting as an Assistant Artist and later becoming an Artist. At Kohl's, they are responsible for designing graphics and prints for various kids' brands, including creating licensed graphics for Disney collections. In 2017, Lauren also starts working as a Freelance Designer at Kay James Design, where they collaborate with in-house designers on client projects, focusing on packaging for brands such as Kleenex and Kotex. Lauren'smost recent role is at The Pokémon Company International, starting in 2020 as a Graphic Designer and progressing to Graphic Designer II and then Graphic Designer lll. In this role, they are involved in designing various products, maintaining brand standards and guidelines, and working individually or with a team to complete projects.

Lauren Parra attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Illustration-Communication Design. Lauren'sfield of study was specifically focused on Illustration with a concentration in Pattern Design.
