Lead Digital Content Producer at The Pokémon Company International

Lynn Frauenholz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lynn currently serves as the Lead Digital Content Producer at The Pokémon Company International since 2021. Prior to this, Lynn worked as a Design Technologist at LFW Design from 2020 to 2021, where they collaborated with LiveArea to revamp the Retail & Restaurants websites for Tommy Bahama and develop a new style guide.

From 2012 to 2020, Lynn worked at Nordstrom as the Principal Creative Designer. In this role, they spearheaded the design and implementation of The Nordy Club loyalty program, collaborated with marketing managers and off-price partners for in-store signage solutions, and partnered with the personalization team to enhance customer experiences. Lynn also focused on creating engaging design and content modules across desktop and mobile platforms.

Before their time at Nordstrom, Lynn was a Sr. Designer at Valve Corporation. During their tenure from 2011 to 2012, they contributed to the successful sales campaigns by designing compelling graphics and messaging, worked on concept designs for the Steam subscription service, and prototyped the Archimedes TF2 plush toy with the merchandise division.

From 2007 to 2011, Lynn worked as a User Experience Designer at Expedia.com. Here, they focused on innovating designs for global email campaigns, improving site navigation and purchase/check-out paths, and conducting usability studies in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Lynn gained experience as a Product Photographer/Email Designer at Beauty.com from 2006 to 2007, where they were responsible for product styling, photography, retouching, and art direction for email campaigns.

Lynn began their career as a Freelance Designer and worked on a contractual basis for various clients from 2001 to 2006, including Eddie Bauer, Beauty.com, Drugstore.com, and DillonGray. Their projects involved in-store signage, store planning tools, product styling, photography, retouching, branding, marketing materials, and print design for two books.

Lastly, Lynn briefly worked as a Packaging Designer at BDA, LLC from 2003 to 2004.

Lynn Frauenholz obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Digital Media Design from Otis College of Art and Design, attending the institution from 1998 to 2002.
