Nathalie Saligumba

Nathalie Saligumba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nathalie currently holds the position of Senior Program Manager at The Pokémon Company International, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Light & Wonder as a Senior Program Manager, Global Product Management from February 2022 to March 2023.

In 2020, Nathalie worked at Scientific Games as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where they played a key role in implementing a global product planning process and establishing partnerships with stakeholders. Their responsibilities included creating global R&D on-time delivery KPI scorecarding and reporting.

Before that, Nathalie had various roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. As Manager - Enterprise Project Management, Transformation, and Integration, they worked closely with the project director in driving the merger with Eldorado Resorts, Inc. Nathalie also served as a PMO Manager, overseeing the enterprise-wide project portfolio and achieving targets and goals by prioritizing initiatives. Additionally, they worked as a Gaming Analyst II and Gaming Analyst I during their time at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, from June 2017 to March 2019.

Nathalie Saligumba completed their education at various institutions. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Southwest Career and Technical Academy, where they earned an Advanced Honors Diploma with a focus on Interior Design. Following this, they enrolled in the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. During their time at Questrom, Nathalie pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In 2015, they also participated in the Sydney Internship Program at Boston University Sydney Academic Center, focusing on the Business and Economics Track.
