Pooja Shah

Pooja Shah has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Pooja began their career as a Student Assistant at Portland State University Library from September 2011 to June 2013. Pooja then worked as an HR Intern at the American Red Cross from September 2013 to July 2014, where they provided customer service, assisted with administrative tasks, and supported talent acquisition processes.

In 2017, Pooja held two roles simultaneously. Pooja worked as an Administrative Assistant - Contractor at Symetra from March 2017 to June 2017, where they collaborated with the New Business Team and updated product illustrations. Pooja also worked at TerraPower LLC, first as an Administrative Assistant from October 2017 to December 2017, supporting the Legal Team with document filtering, and later as a Training Coordinator from December 2017 to January 2019, managing a Learning Management System and generating reports on training.

In 2019, Pooja joined DoubleDown Interactive as an HR & Recruiting Coordinator from April 2019 to October 2019, where they likely supported HR and recruiting activities. Pooja then moved to The Pokémon Company International, where they held three roles. Pooja started as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from November 2019 to March 2021, scheduling interviews and maintaining key metrics for reporting. Pooja then became a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner I from March 2021 to February 2023, overseeing the recruitment process and working with various roles. After that, they enrolled at Portland State University and pursued a Bachelor's Degree from 2010 to 2015. During their time at university, Pooja studied Human Resources, Management & Leadership, and Psychology.
