Raghav Nair has a diverse range of work experience in software development and testing. Raghav started their career as a Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with Starbucks, where they tested mobile applications, developed automated test frameworks, and automated tests for REST services. Raghav then worked as a Senior SDET (Contractor) at The Walt Disney Company, where they focused on transitioning tests into a new contract-testing framework and increasing code quality before migrating software to the cloud.

Raghav also served as a Program Manager for the Founder Institute, a global program that trains and supports founders in launching their businesses. Raghav was responsible for organizing weekly sessions and providing guidance to help founders develop and launch their companies.
