Tuan Duong

Tuan Duong has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tuan is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at The Pokémon Company International since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from December 2021 to July 2022.

In 2022, Tuan also gained experience as a Floral Designer at Emerald City Flowers, where they showcased their creative skills.

Before that, Tuan founded Awwdio in 2020, a company focused on re-imagining the gift experience and incorporating the power of voices to add a unique touch to gifts.

From 2017 to 2020, Tuan worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the commercial sector at Dynamo Technologies, LLC. Prior to that, they co-founded DojoHub in 2016.

In 2014, Tuan gained experience as a Software Engineer at Social Tables, working on building and maintaining their main application and supporting in-house applications.

Tuan 'sleadership skills were evident during their time as the President of the Mid-Atlantic Union of Vietnamese Student Associations (MAUVSA) from 2013 to 2015. Tuan aimed to uplift the Vietnamese community and empower Vietnamese-American youth.

Tuan also has consulting experience as a Consultant at Deloitte in 2012 and project coordination experience at Lockheed Martin Information Technology in the same year.

Furthermore, Tuan served as the Vice President of MAUVSA from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on building partnerships and external relationships for the organization.

Tuan Duong obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University - School of Business, completing their education at the university from 2006 to 2011. In 2014, they attended Dev Bootcamp to pursue a field of study in Software Development, although no degree was conferred at this institution.
