Zabdi Montiel

Zabdi Montiel is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager for LATAM at The Pokémon Company International since April 2025. Previously, Zabdi held the position of Marketing Manager at Vinoteca Mexico from 2023 to April 2025, focusing on brand strategy and increasing awareness for a leading wine selection. Prior to that, a significant role was undertaken as Head of Digital Marketing, Partnerships & Experiences at 7-Eleven from 2018 to 2023, where innovative omnichannel experiences were developed to engage customers. Additional experience includes roles at Mary Kay Global, Fastenal Company, King Car Food Co., Ltd, AMMAC, and H. Congreso del Estado de Nuevo León, encompassing areas from public relations and social responsibility to education and marketing strategies. Zabdi obtained a Master's in Business Innovation from CEDIM México and a Bachelor's in Communication, Marketing, and Advertising from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
