Richard Puma

Richard Puma has an extensive work experience in the financial industry. Richard began their career at Tudor Investment Corporation in 1995, where they served as Head of US Operations until 2003. From 2004 to 2013, they worked at Ospraie Management as a Partner, holding the positions of COO and CFO. Puma then joined Tudor Investment Corporation again in 2013 as a Partner and Deputy COO until 2016. Following that, they worked at Duane Park Capital Management LP as a Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2018. Puma then joined HC Technologies, LLC in 2018 as their Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer until 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Polar Asset Management Partners Inc. since February 2023.

Richard Puma obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Rutgers Business School. Richard also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of New Jersey, which they obtained in April 1993.
