Ryan Hickey

Ryan Hickey is currently serving as the Director of Legal at Polar Asset Management Partners Inc. since July 2017. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Ryan has a JD/MBA from Queen's University and has gained valuable experience in corporate finance. With a background in economics and math, Ryan is well-equipped to navigate complex legal and business transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
