Jim Robert

Jim Robert has extensive experience in operations management. Jim started their career at Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2001 as a Needham Heights, MA. Jim then moved to Polar Beverages in 2006, where they held the positions of Operations Manager and Worcester, MA. Jim worked at Polar Beverages until 2020 when they joined Helena Industries, Inc. as an Operations Manager. In 2021, Jim Robert returned to Polar Beverages as the Assistant Director Of Operations.

Jim Robert obtained a Master's degree in Material/Operations Management from American International College from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Springfield Technical Community College from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Jim has obtained several certifications, including Lean Principles and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University, Implementing SQF Systems Exam: Manufacturing from NSF International, Acidified Foods Manufacturing School Operating Supervisor from North Carolina State University, FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food from the Food Safety Preventive Control Alliance, OSHA 10 - Hour General Industry Outreach from Steven St Laurent, and Certified Food Safety HACCP Manager from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP).
