Peter Edhäll has a diverse work experience history. Peter is currently serving as the COO at Polar Cape since June 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Board Member at Prestec Sverige, starting from January 2017.

Peter worked at Schibsted as the Head of Market Automation from December 2020 to June 2022. Similarly, at Svenska Dagbladet, they were the Head of Business Solutions from August 2019 to June 2022.

Peter Edhäll worked at Alma Talent Sverige for a significant period of time, starting in September 2016 and ending in August 2019. During their tenure, they served in various capacities including CTO, CDO, and Board Member. Peter contributed to restructuring the journalistic processes and organization and later took on the responsibility for business, product, technical development, and IT as the company shifted its focus to growth.

Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Alma Talent Events Sweden from February 2017 to June 2019. Furthermore, they held the position of Board Member at Polar Cape from April 2016 to April 2017.

Peter also held the positions of COO, Head of Production, and Manager IT&Online during their tenure at Talentum Media.

Before joining Talentum Media, Peter Edhäll worked at Talentum Oyj as the CIO from April 2012 to November 2013. Peter successfully reorganized and structured the IT and development at Talentum AB, and later took on the task of doing the same changes for the group.

Lastly, they held positions as Manager IT&Online and Technical Manager IT&Online at Talentum Media from August 2008 to March 2012, where they managed IT and online operations.

Peter Edhäll studied at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2003, focusing on Elektroteknik. In 2017, they completed an online training course at Edlegio, specializing in Business Model Innovation and Design. In 2016, they attended Grant Thornton for a seminar series on styrelsearbete (board work). Additionally, they also studied Det Personliga Uttrycket (Personal Expression) at Ledarstudion in the same year, focusing on Ledarskap (Leadership). In 2015, they completed a course in Retorik för Chefer (Rhetoric for Managers) at Cornerstone. In 2014, they studied Ladarskap i förändring (Leadership in Change) at Cornerstone. Peter also gained knowledge in Arbetsrätt för Chefer (Labor Law for Managers) at Lag&Avtal in 2013. Finally, in 2011, they completed an NLP för proffs (NLP for Professionals) program at NLP Professionals.
