Zorica Zaharieva

Zorica Zaharieva has a diverse work experience history.

Zorica is currently working as a Partner Manager at Polar Cape since March 2022.

Prior to that, they worked as a Business Partner at Metricity - Know Your Client from January 2021 to March 2022 and at Mony - Payments and Transact Tech Platform from January 2021 to March 2022.

Zorica also held the position of ICT Expert at Palladium: Make It Possible from September 2019 to January 2021.

Before this, Zorica was self-employed as a Project Manager and Business Consultant from November 2016 to August 2019.

Zorica worked as a Managing Partner at CEE HR Consulting from June 2017 to January 2018.

From January 2008 to October 2016, Zorica worked at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in various roles including Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Regional Program Coordinator/Advisor, and Administration Officer.

Zorica was also a Managing Board Member at Macedonian Human Resources Association from 2012 to 2015.

Zorica Zaharieva began their education at Honesdale High School in Pennsylvania, USA in 2002, where they participated in the CCI scholarship program. During this program, they focused on studying math, science, and languages. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius, where they pursued a degree in English language and Literature and focused on teaching, culture, and history. Zorica completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. Subsequently, they went on to pursue higher education at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, from 2008 to 2012. Here, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
