Lee Anne Hess

Lee Anne Hess is an experienced operations and program management professional with a strong background in supporting Antarctic and Arctic research initiatives. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Polar Field Services, Inc., Hess oversees operations for the NSF Arctic Research Support and Logistics Services contract. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Program Manager at Amentum, where Hess managed a subcontract with Leidos for the Antarctic Support Contract. Hess has also held several leadership positions, including Business Operations Manager at PAE, Director of Pricing at URS Federal Services, and Director of Operations at Raytheon Tech Services, where responsibilities encompassed financial management and operational support for the US Antarctic Program.
