Aaron Sjobeck

Aaron Sjobeck is an experienced professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Manager at Polar Semiconductor since February 2015, Aaron Sjobeck has led process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing line yield while utilizing statistical process control to ensure product quality. Prior experience includes working as a Laboratory Technician at 3M, where Aaron Sjobeck contributed to the development of adhesive properties through innovative testing methods, as well as roles at Sam's Club, Stars and Stripes Lawn and Landscape, and TGI Fridays, where skills in communication, organization, and leadership were developed and demonstrated.
