Bennett Poganski

Bennett Poganski is currently working as an Industrial Engineer III at Polar Semiconductor, where they utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive innovation in semiconductor manufacturing. Prior to this, Bennett worked at 3M as an Industrial Engineer II, developing modified plastics for various products. Bennett graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and a minor in Management. They also hold a High School Diploma from Tartan Senior High School.
