Brian Dolan

Brian Dolan is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff in Business Development at Polar Semiconductor since August 2025, Brian previously held various leadership roles at Micron Technology from June 2005 to August 2025, including Director of R&D Operations and Technology Transfer, where responsibilities included managing a 30-person engineering team and overseeing product line execution in a cutting-edge R&D facility. Additionally, Brian played a pivotal role in establishing the Program Management team for Process Development, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious launch of DRAM products. Early career experiences include being the R&D Process Development Manager, where Brian successfully led a team in advancing next-generation semiconductor processes, and a key internship focusing on semiconductor packaging solutions. Brian holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
