Jim Moore

James W. Moore II has served as the Vice President - Chief Financial Officer since he joined Polar in March 2020. Prior to joining Polar, Jim was employed at Allegro MicroSystems and served in various senior financial leadership roles, including Director of Finance - Global Operations from 2010-2020 and Worldwide Controller from 1995-2010. Jim was also employed by Ernst & Young, LLP from 1986-1995 servicing various companies in the manufacturing, semiconductors, aerospace, and pharmaceutical sectors, and when he left EY in 1995, he was a Senior Manager in Assurance.

Jim received his B.A. in Accounting from Assumption College in 1986. He passed the CPA exam in 1991 and practiced as a CPA through 1998.
