Alisa Montgomery

Alisa Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alisa currently holds the position of Chief Quality Officer at Polara Health, a role they have held since their start in 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director of Quality Assurance at Mingus Mountain Academy from 2016 to 2018. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an Administrator at TASC, Inc. Alisa also served as the Director of Family Programs at Inner Voice Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Alisa'searliest work experience was as a Leisure Time Activity Specialist at Illinois Youth Center-Warrenville, where they worked from 1992 to 2006.

Alisa Montgomery completed their Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Benedictine University between 2002 and 2004. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Chicago State University, which they completed between 1996 and 1998.
