Mike Dana

Mike Dana is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in research and development, operations, and manufacturing within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at Polares Medical since January 2023, Mike previously held various roles at BioVentrix from 2010 to December 2022, including Operations and Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Research and Development Engineer. Prior experience also includes a position as an R&D Engineer at Spinal Modulation, where Mike developed an implantable neurostimulation device, and as a Product Development Engineer at Abbott Vascular Devices, focusing on vascular closure devices and accessories. Educational background includes studies at Cabrillo College, Foothill College, and UC Berkeley Extension.
