Jan Bohlmann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at POLARGY, Bohlmann is responsible for overseeing hot aisle and cold aisle containment solutions for data center projects. Previously, Bohlmann held the role of Vice President of Engineering at Remedi SeniorCare, successfully advancing operational strategies and innovations. Bohlmann's background includes significant positions at Arrow Electronics, where leadership encompassed managing P&Ls and directing large teams across multiple locations. Prior experience includes operational management roles at Skagen Designs and Amazon.com, as well as engineering management at WillPemcoBielomatik. Academic qualifications feature a Master's in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, complemented by a Diplom Ingenieur from Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
