Warren Strovel oversees all architecture and interiors projects including tenant build-outs, renovations, and development. He collaborates closely with Friedman Properties’ construction, legal, leasing, property management and development teams to ensure that proposed designs integrate well with all facets of the company. He has extensive experience specializing in commercial, retail and hospitality architecture. He graduated cum laude from Florida International University in architectural studies where he went on to receive his Masters of Architecture. Following graduation he worked for several prestigious design firms in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic before relocating to Chicago. Warren is a licensed architect in the state of Illinois, as well as, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. His hobbies include meteorology, travel and exploring Chicago.
