Nicola Thomas

Nicola Thomas is currently the Director of Quality and Learning at Polaris, with previous experience as the Group Head of Safeguarding at Outcomes First Group. Nicola has also worked as a Social Care Regulatory Inspector at Ofsted, a Lead Investigator at the Independent Office for Police Conduct, a Social Worker at The Cambian Group, and in various safeguarding and advocacy roles. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from The University of Salford and a Level 5 Accreditation in Leading Investigations from the IOPC.
