Comprising the Principal Service Desk Analyst, Senior Service Desk Analyst, and IT Service Desk Manager, the team addresses and resolves technical issues, manages IT resources, and ensures all systems are functioning optimally to support the needs of staff, enabling them to focus on improving outcomes for children and young people in care.
