Michelle Navarre has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of School at Polaris Charter Academy since November 2006. Prior to this role, Michelle contributed as a New Leaders Mentor School Leader with New Leaders Org from August 2012 to June 2014 and worked as a Fifth Grade Teacher at Harold Washington Elementary School from August 1998 to June 2006. Michelle holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from National Louis University and a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Roosevelt University.
