DOMINIQUE TARET

Dominique Taret has extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. DOMINIQUE served as the CEO and Board Member at Polaris from November 2018 to present. Prior to that, they were the VP of Strategy and Innovation at Nutrigrains. Proteins from November 2016 to November 2018. Dominique also had a consulting role in the Food Ingredients sector from June 2016 to October 2016.

Before joining Nutrigrains. Proteins, Dominique worked at Tereos as the Group VP of Operational Excellence from September 2015 to May 2016. In this role, they developed and launched an Excellence program and led the Group Purchasing Department.

Dominique's earlier experience includes working at Roquette America Inc. for over 30 years. DOMINIQUE held various positions, including CEO and President from March 2007 to February 2015, where they led the North America business and successfully executed a growth strategic plan. DOMINIQUE also served as the Group VP of Industrial Development and VP of Engineering from January 2003 to December 2007, leading worldwide investments and the implementation of a new factory in China. DOMINIQUE also served as the Group Engineering Director from November 1995 to December 2002, contributing to the expansion of Roquette's factories globally. Dominique began their career at Roquette America Inc. as an Engineering Manager in 1984, eventually becoming a Project Manager before leaving in 1991.

Dominique Taret earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1979 to 1982. Later, from 1996 to 1998, Dominique Taret attended the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises in Lille, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
