Manon LAOT

Project manager research and development at Polaris

Manon LAOT has several years of work experience in various roles. Manon worked at Polaris Nutritional Lipids from 2016 to the present as a Project Manager in Research and Development, where they managed R&D projects, conducted laboratory tests, and provided technical knowledge in lipids synthesis and oil refining. Manon also supported sensory testing, conducted analyses, managed stock control, and trained student trainees and apprentices. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Engineer in the same laboratory from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at HZ University of Applied Sciences in 2016, a Seasonal Worker at Le Monde des Crêpes in 2015 and 2014, and as a Voluntary Worker at AFEV from 2014 to 2015. Manon also worked as a Private Tutor for a high school student from 2012 to 2014 and as a Probationer at Robert Gordon University in 2014.

Manon LAOT started their education at Ernest Renan High School in Saint-Brieuc, where they completed their French equivalent of a high school diploma in the field of Scientific studies. In 2010, they also began their first year at the University of Brest in the competitive exam for the Pharmacy School but did not mention completion of any degree. From 2012 to 2014, Manon attended IUT (Technical College) Saint-Brieuc, where they earned a DUT degree in Biological Engineering with a focus on the biological and agribusiness industries. Lastly, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued their studies in Biological Engineering at Polytech Clermont.
