Mark Augenstern

Mark Augenstern has extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors, currently serving as an Operating Executive on the Strategic Acceleration Team at Polaris Growth Fund since January 2022, where the focus is on supporting founder-owned, tech-enabled services companies with revenues between $5M and $25M. Previously, Mark Augenstern held the role of Director of Strategic Finance & Business Operations at Cityworks | Azteca Systems, LLC, contributing to the company's growth prior to its acquisition by Trimble. Prior to that, Mark Augenstern worked as an Associate in Tech Private Equity at Polaris Partners, an Analyst in Tech M&A Advisory at Harris Williams & Co., and completed internships in equity research at Eaton Vance and operations at J.P. Morgan. Mark Augenstern holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
