Mark Coster is an experienced corporate development and strategy executive currently serving as an Operating Executive at Polaris Growth Fund since April 2023. Previously, Mark held various senior leadership roles at Trader Interactive, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, where strategic growth opportunities were sourced and executed, and Head of Product overseeing B2B products. Other notable positions include roles in corporate strategy and development at CarMax and PRA Group, along with foundational experience at The Boston Consulting Group and ESPN. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
