Michael Leone is an Analyst at Polaris Growth Fund since April 2023, specializing in investments in founder-owned and bootstrapped B2B software and tech-enabled service businesses. Previously, Michael served as a Gatto Law Fellow at Greater Boston Legal Services in the Family Law Unit from August to December 2022 and gained experience as a Summer Analyst at MFS Investment Management, focusing on defined contribution equities from May to August 2022. Earlier professional experience includes a Finance Internship at Sherwin-Williams, where Michael worked on Real Estate Strategy & Accounting in the summer of 2021. In addition, Michael founded the Space Program at University School, which engaged in national competitions and advanced rocket launching activities. Michael holds a dual concentration degree in Finance and Business Law from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, completed in December 2022.
